    About Us

    The High Commission for the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago re-commenced operations in Georgetown, Guyana on 28th September, 2019. It is responsible for the conduct of relations between the Government of the Trinidad and Tobago and the Government of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.

    In addition to its normal representational duties, the High Commission monitors trade, political and economic developments in Guyana and functions in an advisory manner to Trinidad and Tobago entities (from both the public and private sectors) wishing to operate in Guyana. 

    The High Commission further provides consular services and general information to Trinidad and Tobago nationals and to non-nationals in Guyana. Enquiries can be directed to the email address: hcgeorgetown@foreign.gov.tt

    The Mission’s daily working hours are between 8:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m. however in person meetings are only considered via confirmed appointments;
