These Passport Application Kits have been compiled to provide Trinidad and Tobago Citizens with the requirements to apply for a Trinidad and Tobago passport. The passport application forms A for adults and B for children are now available for download from this website (see below). Passport Application forms may be typed or completed by hand and submitted along with other required documentation in person or by mail.
This application kit is for holders of Trinidad and Tobago citizenship who are first-time applicants for a Trinidad and Tobago passport. Trinidad and Tobago passports are issued to holders of Trinidad and Tobago citizenship.

This kit is for persons who wish to replace a Trinidad and Tobago passport that has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.

Passport Renewals
This application kit is for holders of Trinidad and Tobago citizenship who want to obtain a new Trinidad and Tobago passport. Please note that passports issued prior to Feb. 1, 1994 are no longer valid. Holders of these passports will need to apply for a new “T- series” passport.
An application for an extension of the current passport must be made by submitting the following:
