PORT OF SPAIN: 16TH AUGUST, 2022
Senator the Honourable Dr. Amery Browne, Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs met with Mr. Gianpiero Leoncini, representative of the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF) based in Port of Spain during a virtual meeting on 16th August, 2022.
During the meeting, Minister Browne and Mr. Leoncini discussed the activities of the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), including Trinidad and Tobago’s active participation since 2012 and increasing the membership of the CAF to include more countries of both Latin American and the Caribbean.
The meeting ended cordially with both parties committing to further discussions in areas of mutual importance.
