Senator the Honourable Dr. Amery Browne, Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs met with Dr. Annita Montoute, Acting Director of the Institute of International Relations (IIR), The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, during a meeting on 28th September, 2022 at the Ministry’s headquarters.
Discussions during the meeting focussed on the value and importance of the Institute, its future and opportunities for its deeper collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs.
