The First Conference of States Parties to the Arms Trade Treaty (CSP1) took place from August 24th to 27th, 2015 in Cancun, Mexico. The Honourable Winston Dookeran, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, led the Trinidad and Tobago Delegation to the Conference.
