His Excellency Dr. Lovell Francis, High Commissioner for the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago to the Republic of South Africa, presented his Letters of Credence to His Excellency Emmerson Mnangagwa, President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, on Wednesday 20th July, 2022 in Harare, Zimbabwe, accrediting him as non-resident Ambassador of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago to the Republic of Zimbabwe.
The President and the High Commissioner discussed the longstanding diplomatic relations between Trinidad and Tobago and Zimbabwe and the scope for further discussions on issues of energy cooperation and economic matters, as well as collaboration in the international political arena on issues of importance to the respective countries.
