PUBLIC NOTICE
COLLECTION OF CSME SKILLS CERTIFICATES
Members of the public who applied for the CARICOM Community Skills Qualification Certificate (Skills Certificate) under the Free Movement of Skills Regime between 2014 and 2021, are reminded to make an appointment on the following link www.appointments.gov.tt to collect their Skills Certificate from the Ministry of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs, located at 2 Prada Street, St Clair, Port of Spain.
Applicants must bring his/her passport and appear in person to collect the Skills Certificate. Replacement Certificates require applicant’s passport, along with the previous Skills Certificate. If an individual is collecting the Certificate on behalf of an applicant, the following should be provided:
1. An authorization letter from applicant;
2. A copy of the bio data page of the applicant’s passport; and
3. A copy of ID/DP/PP of the authorized person collecting the Skills Certificate.
Time: The collection of Skills Certificates will be facilitated from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
